He endorses blurry vision and pain when moving the right eye. He also reports mild discomfort from scattered abrasions and bruises from the altercation. The patient has no past medical history and takes no medications. His temperature is 97.7°F (36.5°C), blood pressure is 121/81 mmHg, pulse is 90/min, respirations are 14/min, and oxygen saturation is 98% on room air. Physical exam is notable for conjunctival injection and proptosis of the right eye. His extraocular movements are intact and there is discomfort with movement of the eye. A fluorescein stain demonstrates linear uptake in the cornea of the right eye without leakage of aqueous humor. Tonometry of the right eye demonstrates a pressure of 37 mmHg (normal < 21 mmHg).
