When he awoke, he was back to his baseline mental status but complains of a headache and ongoing chest pain. His temperature is 98.5°F (36.9°C), blood pressure is 109/70 mmHg, pulse is 128/min, and respirations are 15/min. Physical exam is notable for a fatigued appearing elderly man with a non-focal neurological exam. Cardiopulmonary exam reveals minor bibasilar crackles and an irregularly irregular rhythm.
