A 29-year-old female presents to the emergency department with severe substernal chest pain. The patient reports feeling "under the weather" yesterday and woke up this morning with worsening pain. She has never experienced anything like this before today. She is worried as she had to leave her young child at home with the babysitter, and the child has recently been ill with a rash and cough. In the ED her vitals are T 99.9 deg F, HR 93 bpm, BP 102/82 mmHg, RR 20 rpm, and Sat 98%. Physical exam is notable for worsening pain upon lying supine, no tenderness to palpation over the precordium, and auscultation reveals normal S1 and S2 with a harsh pericardial friction rub. ECG is shown in Figure A. CXR shows no cardiopulmonary disease. Troponin I is elevated. What is the next best step in management?
