The patient presents with vaginal bleeding since 6 days ago. Initially, the flow was heavy, but it has now subsided to blackish spotting. The patient also reports lower abdominal pain (+), which does not radiate to the back (-). Today, she has changed her sanitary pad once. ​Review of Systems: The patient denies headache (-), dizziness (-), nausea (-), vomiting (-), fever (-), cough (-), flu-like symptoms (-), and shortness of breath (-).

Past Medical History: Hypertension (+), Diabetes Mellitus (-), Allergy (-), Asthma (-). Medication History: Amlodipine and multivitamins. Antenatal Care (ANC) History: Once at a Public Health Center (Puskesmas). Tetanus Toxoid (TT) Immunization: None / Never. Contraception History: 3-month injectable contraception. Menstrual History: Menarche at 14 years old, duration 5–7 days, changes sanitary pads 2–3 times/day. Marital History: Married once, duration of marriage 8 years. Obstetric History 2018: At Home / Preterm / Spontaneous Vaginal Delivery / Midwife / Male & Female (Twins) / 1300g and 1200g / Deceased. 2021: At Hospital / Full-term / Spontaneous Vaginal Delivery / Doctor / Male / 3200g. 2023: 8 weeks gestational age / Incomplete Abortion / At Hospital. 2025: Current Pregnancy.
