HPI
The patient presents with vaginal bleeding since 6 days ago. Initially, the flow was heavy, but it has now subsided to blackish spotting. The patient also reports lower abdominal pain (+), which does not radiate to the back (-). Today, she has changed her sanitary pad once. Review of Systems: The patient denies headache (-), dizziness (-), nausea (-), vomiting (-), fever (-), cough (-), flu-like symptoms (-), and shortness of breath (-).
